One-Off Programs

Focused, one-time sessions designed to support clarity, recalibration, and momentum without long-term commitment.

1:1 Break the Pattern Intensive

A 75-minute session designed to help you name what’s pulling your energy off track and realign with intention. This session is for people who feel off, drained, or restless, even if their life looks “fine” on the outside.

People come to this session when:

  • they feel exhausted but can’t pinpoint why
  • they’ve outgrown old rhythms, roles, or priorities
  • something feels misaligned but hard to name
  • they want direction without pressure to overhaul their whole life

Group Workshops & Events

  • Each workshop is themed and is designed to help you take control of an area of your life.

Mirrors & Momentum

Mirrors & Momentum is a free 60-minute guided group space to pause, take stock, and get honest about what’s actually working, what isn’t, and why. It’s a structured check-in designed to help you notice patterns, release unnecessary strain, and re-enter your goals with clarity and self-trust.

The session is guided using my 4S framework (Self, Service, Systems, Strategy), offering just enough structure to support insight and momentum without overwhelm.

This is a group experience, and there’s no pressure to share. You’re welcome to listen, reflect, and participate in whatever way feels right.


Ongoing Coaching

Ongoing coaching is for clients who want steady, thoughtful support as they integrate change over time. There’s no syllabus to follow. Sessions respond to what’s present and what matters most.

Session rates and current availability are shared at the time of booking (listed on booking page itself). Sliding scale rates are available upon request.
