Build Capacity Before Burnout Becomes the System.

Self-leadership and sustainable performance are no longer nice-to-haves. They are essential for organizations, entrepreneurs, and teams navigating pressure, change, growth, and complexity.

I partner with people-centred organizations to deliver practical coaching, workshops, and capacity-building experiences that help people make better decisions, manage pressure, communicate clearly, and build more sustainable ways of working.

The new economy requires a different kind of leadership.

Areas of focus include:

– high-capacity leaders carrying more than their roles can hold
– leadership overwhelm and burnout
– teams under pressure during growth or transition
– decision fatigue, regulation, and internal strain
– misalignment between values, culture, and performance
– business systems that amplify planning and data tracking

Workshops & Public Speaking

The Capacity Lab is a workshop and speaking series for entrepreneurs, professionals, leaders, and teams who need practical tools for decision-making, focus, communication, and sustainable performance under pressure.

These sessions combine self-leadership, executive function, behaviour change, regulation, and practical strategy so participants leave with frameworks, tools, and clear next steps they can use immediately. Pricing ranges between at $300 to 750 CAD per workshop dependent on location, length of workshop, number of workshops and number of individuals participating.

Workshops:

The four workshops below make up the Capacity Lab series. Each session can be delivered as a 60-minute talk, a 2.5-hour workshop, or as part of a multi-session group program delivered over several days or weeks. Workshops include:

  1. The Foundations of Self-Leadership
This workshop is designed for professionals, business owners, team leads, managers, and staff who need to collaborate and make decisions in high-pressure environments. In a professional setting, a person’s stress response and ability to manage their own energy can impact how any situation is interpreted, how conflict is handled, and how decisions are made. When stress is high, people often default to habitual stress responses such as over-functioning or defensiveness. These patterns can lead to unfavourable outcomes such as strained relationships, reactive communication, and reduced trust. Using the iPEC Energy Leadership framework, this workshop gives participants a practical way to recognize what is driving their behaviour in moments of stress, pause before reacting, and choose a more intentional response.
  2. Leading Without Burnout (Professionals)
This session helps participants understand how cognitive overload, poor energy management, and constant pressure affect focus, effectiveness, and long-term performance. It helps them identify what is draining performance and make practical adjustments to how they work, so stronger output does not depend on constant depletion.
  3. Building Without Burnout (Entrepreneurs and Business Owners)
Participants will learn how to separate the different types of work their business requires, including admin, service delivery, revenue-generating activity, systems, relationship management, and rest, so they can reduce overwhelm, protect capacity, and focus on the tasks that actually move the business forward.
  4. The Psychology of Money
This session explores the hidden patterns that shape how people relate to money, including stress, avoidance, self-worth, and decision-making. It helps participants understand how their relationship with money shapes what they see as possible, how they respond to financial pressure, and whether they move into action or avoidance. Designed for employee wellbeing and professional development, it helps participants build greater awareness, agency, and capacity for meaningful action.

Pop-up Coaching

Pop-Up Coaching offers focused 1:1 coaching sessions for staff, leaders, or community members in a flexible format that can be shaped around the needs of the event or organization.

Sessions may be as short as 15 minutes or as long as 60 minutes, depending on the context. This can be integrated into a wellness day, retreat, conference, staff event, or brought directly into an organization as a dedicated coaching experience.

Each session gives participants space to pause, reflect, process what they are carrying, and leave with more clarity, steadiness, and direction.

Pricing ranges between at $150 to 250 CAD per hour dependent on location, length of sessions and number of staff participating.

Mirrors and Momentum

Mirrors and Momentum is a structured reflection and planning session for teams, groups, and organizations that want to evaluate a season of work, extract the right lessons, and move forward with greater clarity and alignment.

Drawing from my background in project management, team facilitation, and coaching, this session blends reflection with practical collaboration. Participants are guided to look at what is working, what is creating friction, what needs to shift, and what next steps will support stronger follow-through.

This session can be adapted for project teams, leadership groups, staff teams, retreats, planning days, or organizational wellness initiatives.

Sessions range from 60 to 120 minutes depending on the needs of the group.

Pricing ranges from $300 to $600 CAD depending on format, length, and whether the session is virtual or in person.

Previous Career

Before moving fully into coaching, Rina built her career inside complex systems where people, power, and performance intersect. She has worked across government, politics, non-profit, and consulting environments, supporting senior leaders, managing operations, and leading projects in high-stakes, high-pressure contexts.

Her background includes roles in public service and political offices, organizational consulting firms, and mission-driven non-profits. Across these settings, she developed a deep understanding of how decisions are made, how systems break down under strain, and how emotional dynamics quietly shape leadership, culture, and outcomes.
