Sometimes the issue is not a lack of effort. It is that something in the business is unclear, inefficient, disconnected, or no longer working the way it should.

Business Compass is a focused working session designed to help you identify the problem, understand why it is happening, and determine the most useful path forward. In this session, you get 75 minutes of my full attention, real-time strategic thinking, and access to my experience across systems, operations, project management, leadership, and human behavior.

The price for the session is $150CAD plus HST.
