Energy Leadership Index Assessment

The Energy Leadership® Index (ELI) assessment is the proprietary, research-backed assessment tool that takes something abstract, like the way a person views the world, and turns it into something tangible – a metric that you can see and feel and even reevaluate in the future. And, it’s only available through an iPEC Certified Coach.

The price for this session is $397 CAD plus tax and includes a 30 minute orientation, you completing the assessment, 75-minute session to debrief results, session notes and the assessment fee itself.

This is not a personality test. It is an attitudinal assessment that helps you see the filters through which you interpret pressure, relationships, decisions, and responsibility.

Those filters often operate unconsciously. That means the energy you bring into your work, your leadership, and your relationships can be unconscious too. The ELI helps make those patterns visible, so you can work with them more consciously and lead yourself in a different way.

The result is not just more awareness. It is a more precise understanding of how your internal energy is shaping your actions, your impact, and your experience of daily life.
